  • Can I serve alcohol here?
    Yes! You can serve alcohol in any of our spaces to individuals over the age of 21. Just be sure to submit your ABC License to us 10 days before your event. Learn more and apply here: https://www.abc.virginia.gov/licenses/val/definitions/banquet Completing the application may take 15–30 minutes. Average ABC processing time is 7-10 days, so be sure to fill it out sooner than later.
  • Can I use outside vendors or caterers during my rental?
    Absolutely! You can use whatever vendors and/or caterers you prefer at no additional charge. If you would like to see a list of our preferred vendors, it's available on our website. You can use the search feature to find it. Please keep in mind that we do not have a full kitchen in any of our spaces. Please refer to the amenities list which is on every webpage under the "Our Spaces" tab to see which amenities are offered in the space you are considering renting.
  • Can I tour the space before booking?
    Of course! We encourage you to schedule a tour so that you can get a feel for the space you're interested in and so we can help you see how you can bring your vision to life with us. If the content on our website is enough for you, you can reserve our space without scheduling a tour first.
  • Is there Wi-Fi available?
    Yes! Wi-Fi is included in your rental. You will receive the access details before your rental begins.
  • Can I bring my own decorations for events?
    Yes! We encourage you to bring your own decorations for your event. We want you to turn your ideas into experiences within our spaces. However, due to the nature of our space - no glitter, small confetti, or sequins is permitted.
  • Can I bring my own props for my shoot?
    YES! We encourage you to bring your own props for your shoot. Whatever is going to enhance our space to fit your needs is preferred! If you're having a branding shoot, we recommend that you bring things that also can tell a story through your photos. Example: If you're an accountant, you may want to bring a calculator. If you're a realtor, maybe bring some keys. Also, consider bringing props that show people how you'll work with them. Example: If you're a consultant, be sure to have your computer and cell phone to show you on a zoom call or speaking with a client on the phone. These simple touches elevate your shoot, so yes! Please bring your own props and also feel free to have fun using ours too!
